Enroush really changed the way my period feels, I've started using enroush 2 months ago and I've noticed no irritation at all on my body inner thighs from the pad, and my periods have been hurting a lot less due to the 100% cotton and 0% plastic and bleach. Love them. Natural ingredients,The products are made FOR women. I love the thought they put in them. Once I started using Enroush tampons my cramps basically stopped,and the warming pads are definitely helping too. WOW! I normally bleed through tampons - I normally have to wear big grandma knickers whilst on my period - my period normally lasts 7-8days - it lasted 5 days this month was much lighter - I'd never used a tampon without the adapter and was worried about them - them tampons are the best thing ever! I didn't bleed through once and I didn't even feel like I was on my period - I also avoid the gym whilst I'm on my period because I bleed heavy even through tampons / pads - well this month I've been every single day on my period even in the steam and sauna, whilst running on a treadmill and not a single worry - never bled through once - these are life changing for me.
